Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for the Inside Sales Team and actively and strategically expand it, always focusing on Oviva’s vision and sales goals.
• Lead the Inside Sales Managers.
• Define clear goals and pipeline for the department, continuously optimize sales processes, and shape workflows and procedures within the CRM.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and proactively develop team members.
• Serve as a role model for your team members and motivate them to the best of your ability.

Requirements:

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or other sales positions, preferably in the healthcare sector or B2B sales with startups.
• Knowledge of what it takes to convince medical professionals (doctors).
• Initial experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Extensive experience with CRM solutions like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot.
• Friendly, well-organized, and interested in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
