- Crossing Minds is seeking a data-driven marketing leader to own the marketing and demand-generation funnel for the company.
- The primary responsibility is to define and execute the company’s entire marketing strategy to drive awareness and high-quality leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle Crossing Minds’ marketing vision and roadmap.
- Build and manage a rich B2B content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Build and manage the event strategy and calendar to ensure in-person meetings with the ICP and attract qualified leads.
- Launch an analyst program to expand exposure to Gartner and Forrester and increase industry visibility.
- Support the sales team with relevant marketing materials (e.g., competitive battle cards, decks) to convey the company’s story effectively.
- Build, manage, and measure the company’s social media profile, primarily on LinkedIn, and explore additional relevant channels.
- Create a repeatable and scalable process to feed the sales funnel, including measuring and tracking quality leads through relevant CTAs, web and social content, and sales promotions.
- Amplify awareness and education campaigns with the product team to turn them into impactful sales and lead-generation programs.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread the brand and content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, from both existing leads and customers as well as new audiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
- A scrappy can-do attitude to change online e-commerce experiences globally.
- Understanding of how to build and scale a B2B sales funnel.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Ability to create sales campaigns that communicate clearly to targeted audiences while supporting brand values and mission.
- Understanding of agile marketing to focus on high-value projects and continuously improve results over time.
- Strong analytic skills to maximize outbound campaigns and budgets.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into customers.
