Responsibilities:

• Own the entire marketing function, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to maximize pipeline growth.
• Design and optimize lifecycle campaigns to drive activation, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Implement robust testing agendas (A/B tests, campaign optimizations) to improve acquisition costs (CAC) and ROI.
• Support and manage messaging to channel partners while optimizing the marketing channel mix.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence, ensuring digital assets meet buyers’ needs and provide an excellent experience.
• Track, measure, and report marketing performance, including key metrics like CAC, CLV, retention, churn, and campaign ROI.
• Establish and evolve company narrative and product positioning as EasyLlama expands its offerings.
• Grow brand awareness in key markets and establish brand as a competitive differentiator.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and CX teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
• Build a foundation of marketing tools, workflows, and automation systems to drive efficiency.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and driving measurable growth.
• Advanced skills in analytics, A/B testing, and marketing attribution to optimize strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to design and implement campaigns that activate, engage, and retain customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and CX teams.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and scale marketing tools, workflows, and processes.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performance marketing teams.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to craft strategies balancing creative vision and tactical execution.
