Summary:

EXUS is a global technology company providing debt collections software. They’re hiring a Head of Marketing to transform their marketing function and support rapid growth across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Build demand generation engine for 50% YoY ARR growth
• Launch account-based marketing programs
• Develop global marketing strategy aligned with GTM objectives
• Elevate brand and thought leadership positioning
• Create product marketing materials and go-to-market strategies
• Build customer advocacy programs (case studies, references)
• Own marketing analytics, reporting and budget optimization
• Manage marketing team and external suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience (enterprise sales cycles)
• Expertise in demand generation and ABM
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
• Experience scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
