Responsibilities:
- Create a clear marketing strategy and subsequent marketing roadmap, with a data-driven, research-based approach.
- Own the marketing and PR functions within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to promote the platform and services.
- Increase brand awareness through robust, multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, within the iGaming industry.
- Clear experience with building strategy, setting structure, and measuring results in everything related to brand management.
- Competency in building and following marketing budgets.
- Innovative, creative, and structured individual.
- Technology-savvy.
- Talented negotiator and stakeholder manager.
- Education in Marketing (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
