The Head of Markets will lead the growth activities with organizations, governments, Authorized Training Partners (ATPs), and Summits.
The role involves using senior stakeholder management and public sector experience together with advanced selling and consulting skills to improve project success for partners.
The position will lead a committed sales team and manage the development of market strategies.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or PMP preferred.
7-10 years of management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels.
Over 10 years of experience in successful channel and B2B management, including business plan development.
Experience developing partnerships, proposals, and agreements serving the business.
Excellent professional B2B/B2G sales and/or consulting experience; Project Management consulting experience is advantageous.
Proven experience in leading a sales or consulting team.
Knowledge of marketing and relationship management tools and techniques.
Experience working in an agile, customer-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
