- Advise clients on developing customized IT solutions based on their needs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, marketing, and recruiting.

Requirements:
- Completed degree or equivalent training in business, computer science, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales of IT services or software solutions in the financial sector or related industries.
- Established network with decision-makers and their teams.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes and regulations, as well as potential tender conditions.
- Experience with current technological challenges in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong customer focus and ability to offer innovative solutions based on customer needs.
- Self-motivation, assertiveness, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
