Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Provider Partnership Managers (PPMs) to achieve targets
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members
- Develop and implement performance management processes
- Conduct “ride-alongs” with PPMs, both virtual and in-person
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute new initiatives to drive sales performance
- Work with leadership to set strategic sales goals aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record in healthcare sales/business development
- At least 4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup
- Deep experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Ability to leverage data and data tooling like Salesforce to inform strategy
- Aptitude for learning new systems
