- Customer acquisition and retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with global key accounts and strategic partners.
- Innovation promotion: Provide insights for future product innovations based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Representation: Represent traceless on international stages, from industry conferences to important negotiations.
- Contribute to the company strategy and goals in collaboration with the cross-functional leadership team.
Requirements:

- Experience: At least 10 years of experience with leadership responsibility in B2B or B2B2C sales of complex products, ideally in packaging, chemicals, plastics, and consumer goods industries.
- Network: A solid network that you can strategically leverage to establish traceless further.
- Communication skills: Fluent in both German and English, with a keen sense of cultural differences in global business.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
