Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and workforce planning needs.
- Partner with senior executives to align hiring strategies and participate in workforce planning discussions.
- Lead change management initiatives related to new recruitment processes, ensuring effective engagement across the organization.
- Optimize recruitment processes and systems for improved efficiency and candidate experience.
- Embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) principles in recruitment to ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate and improve hiring effectiveness, presenting insights to the executive team.
- Engage and influence executives and stakeholders with exceptional communication skills.
- Lead and mentor middle management teams to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
- Solve challenges and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic leadership in Talent Acquisition, with results in large organizations.
- Strong partnership with executives and contributions to strategic people discussions.
- Hands-on experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Ability to lead diverse teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Expertise in implementing D&I practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in complex corporate environments.
- Fluent in English.
