Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare and compliance data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain operational plans, guidance, and procedures
- Produce client-facing reports, briefings, and information summaries
- Research and apply policy, guidance, and regulations
- Document decisions and approved language in a knowledge repository
- Solve complex challenges with attention to quality
- Respond to questions and inquiries on tasks and projects
- Contribute to group meetings with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Superior communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Ability to absorb technical and policy knowledge with minimal guidance
