Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operational triage & support.
- Accountable for break/fix operational support.
- Handle all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Emphasis on Java & SQL design, development, & tuning.
- Triages complex problems by analyzing the system.
- Runs SQL queries to resolve issues.
- Communicates incident status and resolution.
- Analyzes and defines requirements for enhancements.
- Prepares detailed specifications for program writing.
- Documents system logic and process flows.
- Works at the highest technical level of systems analysis.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL, & PL/SQL.
- Experience with ETL processes and data hubs.
- Health plan knowledge with emphasis on claims operations.
- Experience with Healthrules Payor or similar systems.
- Experience with JSON, CSV, and EDI transaction standards.
- Experience with production operations support.
- Openness to learn and observe.
