Responsibilities:
- Focus on desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues, application installation/configuration, and user settings.
- Investigate and remediate malware alerts and assist users with MFA enrollment.
- Use the ticketing system to document, track, and escalate tickets while maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver world-class service, remotely and onsite.
- Work a flexible 4×10 schedule from Friday to Monday during daylight hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10, 11, and MacOS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office suite.
- Knowledge of Office 365 cloud services is a plus.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred certifications: A+ and/or Network+.
- Ticketing system experience preferred, with Autotask experience as a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
