Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support across Chat, Email, and Phone
- Adhere to protocols, workflows, and guidelines from team leaders
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, creating WOW moments
- Utilize tools and training resources to address customer issues
- Complete additional tasks as delegated by managers and team leaders
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of E-Commerce customer service experience
- Proficiency with Freshdesk/Zendesk/LiveChat platforms
- Experience managing Chat, Email, and Call interactions
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Strong customer-centric orientation and problem-solving skills
- Effective multitasking abilities
