Responsibilities
- Culture Initiatives: Support company culture activities, wellness plans, and awareness
- Onboarding: Coordinate and develop onboarding sessions for new DEUNERS
- Learning & Development: Support internal learning strategy, raise training needs, find top courses
- Internal Communication: Develop and distribute internal communications like celebrations and announcements
- Social Responsibility Projects: Explore social responsibility actions in LATAM
- Operations: Support benefits administration, labor letters, and contract reviews
- Full Cycle R&S: Manage hiring process for Jr to Mid roles
- CV Screening and Phone-Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- University Branding and Work Fairs: Contact universities for branding and job fairs
- Training for Managers: Assist in creating training materials for recruitment processes
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in HR areas, preferably as a generalist in a fast-paced company
- Education: Degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related field
- Language Skills: Intermediate/Advanced English
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS or HRIS experience preferred
