Responsibilities:

• Work with HR COEs to achieve business objectives.
• Drive communications on new initiatives.

• Identify and integrate HR talent solutions.
• Demonstrate consulting and facilitation skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• PHR / SPHR certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of strategic HR experience.
• Experience in large corporate organizations.
• Complex problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent consulting and project management skills.
• Expertise in talent management and development.
