Responsibilities
- Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights
- Support the People Experience (HR) team with data-driven decisions
- Execute end-to-end data projects and be the main point of contact
- Leverage reporting, data analytics, and visualization for insights
- Co-create key KPI definitions and ensure global alignment
Requirements
- Experience using SQL to derive actionable insights
- 2+ years in business/data/HR analysis
- Experience with data management and visualization (Tableau is a plus)
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English
