Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Help coordinate recruitment activities, including career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
• Liaise with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed.
• Work closely with the Placement Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR and Placement functions, such as preparing reports and maintaining files.

Requirements:

• Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
