Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR documentation for compliance
- Facilitate open communication and address employee concerns
- Provide guidance and support to team leads
- Coordinate and manage the performance review process
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Ensure company policies comply with local laws and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an HR role, preferably in startups or SaaS
- Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in coaching and developing team leads
