Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage employee benefits annually.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage visa processes and ensure compliance for hires.
- Ensure employees are paid on time and address payroll questions.
- Oversee employee exits, severance, and equipment returns.
- Define and manage company PTO and holiday policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of employee benefits and compliance.
- Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Familiarity with visa and immigration processes.
