Human Resources Manager at Nova 401(k) Associates Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support HR generalists, management, and staff with complex HR issues
• Create learning and development programs for internal growth
• Manage benefits and 401(k) administration, including change reporting
• Oversee annual benefit renewal and open enrollment process
• Handle annual performance review and salary increase process
• Ensure compliance with benefit programs and applicable laws
• Respond to government inquiries and reporting requirements
• Maintain the Nova 401(k) Associates Employee Handbook
• Track employee compliance with continuing education requirements
• Prepare semi-monthly management reports
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Manager
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business major
• Minimum five years’ experience as an HR Generalist
• Benefits and payroll experience a plus
• Experience with Paylocity a plus
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
