Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of management advisory services
- Resolve difficult HR issues/problems independently
- Advise on full range of HR functions
- Troubleshoot all HR functional areas, including staffing
- Serve as help desk representative for HR inquiries
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service
- May be subject to background/security investigation
- CDC participates in E-Verify
- Direct deposit required
- One-year probationary period may be required
- May be subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Time in grade (TIG) must be met within 30 days
- May be subject to OGE Financial Disclosure requirements
- Drug test and random drug testing may be required
