Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technician work orders for repairs
- Manage prioritization of repairs and optimize technician routes
- Partner with Service Manager to prepare bi-weekly technician schedule
- Distribute daily work orders for jobs
- Adhere to scheduling guidelines and manage work order priority
- Assist with managing and recording non-productive technician time
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- 1+ years of customer service experience
