Hybrid Cloud Technical Manager (Freelance, Remote) Freelance

Responsibilities:

• Manage hybrid cloud solutions, including Microsoft SQL Server.
• Plan, implement, and manage OT solutions and IT/OT integration.
• Develop and implement data protection strategies.
• Conduct risk analysis for data security.
• Analyze resource requirements and optimize cloud service costs.
• Prepare budgeting reports for cloud infrastructure.
• Lead IT teams and promote innovation.
• Develop strategies for technology integration.
• Work with diverse teams to support projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years in managing cloud solutions and leading IT teams.
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and infrastructure security.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong English communication skills; German is a plus.
