IBP Business Planning Tracking Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Head of IBP and IBP Manager in business planning processes
• Coordinate and optimize business planning across 12 regions and support functions
• Assist in preparing reports and providing actionable insights for decision-making
• Support planning and tracking of the IBP Forum
• Share insights and best practices with regional business partners

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Facilitate and support meetings effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Project management skills and industry knowledge
