  • WBA is looking for an Impact Reporting Analyst to join the Impact, Learning and Development team.
  • The Impact Reporting Analyst will measure WBA’s impact against the theory of change and communicate this impact to institutional funders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own institutional grant reporting at WBA, briefing and orchestrating input from colleagues including funder relationship leads, subject matter experts, and finance teams.
  • Develop a temporal view of impact, from monthly to quarterly to annually, to bring coherence and consistency to impact measurement.
  • Use impact data from the Results Management Framework to draft institutional funder grant reports, ensuring alignment with grant agreements.
  • Develop storylines demonstrating impact on funder interests and objectives.
  • Surface what has not gone to plan and contextualize learnings throughout grant reporting cycles.
  • Provide staff with insights and impact data from the Results Management Framework during the fundraising cycle.
  • Support non-institutional grant owners with insights and data for their grant reporting tasks.
  • Manage and develop the Results Management Framework to measure progress against WBA’s Theory of Change.
  • Support Impact Researchers with developing internal systems like Airtable to capture impact data and create training materials.
  • Help with the visualization of impact data to develop insights and embed these visualizations into grant reports.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on donor-funded programs and writing/compiling grant reports.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data management and analysis, and embedding data and visuals into grant reports.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of R statistical software, PowerBI or Tableau is a strong advantage.
  • Experience collecting and managing data in Airtable is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A curious and collaborative nature.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and multicultural environments, embracing flexibility, self-management, and wholeness.
