Summary:
- Actabl is seeking an Implementation Specialist to assist with the implementation, deployment, and documentation of SaaS systems for the hospitality industry.
- The role involves configuring applications to meet customer-specific business processes, supporting deployment, and managing training activities.
Responsibilities:
- System setup, data loading, report building, and data mapping for all implementation projects.
- Assist Project Manager with customer calls and meetings for support and project review if necessary.
- Maintain strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations to Project Manager.
- Updates notes on Client accounts as it relates to custom configuration and process flows.
- Identifies configuration problems and researches alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.
- Configures and deploys enterprise applications and business processes.
- Supports business process testing of the application prior to end-user acceptance testing.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
- Other duties or functions may be assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in the Hotel Industry or Hotel SaaS preferred, Customer Service or similar experience.
- Strong organization and time management to handle multiple implementations at once.
- Ability to triage current work queue and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Curious and eager to always learn more.
- Strong communication skills.
