Implementation Specialist, Lodging (Mexico) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support and onboard hotel partners through connectivity systems
• Track onboarding status and hotel interactions within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Business Development and Market Management teams
• Deliver quantitative results based on onboarding quality and speed
• Take a proactive approach to problem solving during onboarding
• Work closely with product management on ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Located in Brazil (GMT-3 Time Zone)
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude towards onboarding
• Proven ability to communicate across a large hotel partner portfolio
• Solid understanding of onboarding processes and their impacts
• Natural curiosity and ability to engage in team settings
