Responsibilities
- Create digital packing slips in the warehouse management system
- Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
- Send email communication to vendors as needed
- Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed
- Review the condition of automotive products
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with high attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow processes
- Work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Active listener and good team collaborator
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- PC proficient
- Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
- Ability to attend daily virtual meetings with video and audio capability
- High-speed internet connection
