Industrial Design Manager at Lime Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team of industrial designers
• Create and present industrial design work for mobility products
• Provide design expertise to Hardware, Product Management, and Executive teams
• Engage with ID team from research through concept and final delivery
• Develop lightweight, rapid concept mock-ups and prototypes
• Contribute to design process including sketching, rendering, and planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new concepts and feedback

Requirements

• BA in Industrial Design with 8+ years of experience
• 3+ years managing industrial design teams
• Portfolio showcasing recent designed and manufactured products
• Proficiency with Solidworks, Keyshot, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience developing ruggedized or micromobility products
• Experience working with overseas teams and vendors
