Infrastructure and Operations Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Infrastructure Operations Team to achieve key results.
• Work with the team on a daily basis, focusing on their talents.
• Empower, coach and mentor them when needed.
• Create an inspiring, cooperative and efficient agile environment.
• Define, implement and improve IT technical and operational environment.
• Manage daily operations of IT infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with external vendors for capacity planning.
• Manage the budget for the team and IT infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of web applications and developer tools.
• Familiar with maintaining and scaling SaaS products on Linux.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Big Data solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of IT security for infrastructure, network, and apps.
• Strong project management skills for IT projects.
• Experience dealing with vendors and 3rd parties.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills.
• Strong communication, cooperation, and empathy for mentoring.
• Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
