Responsibilities:

  • Beratung von Bestandskunden, Beantwortung von Anfragen, Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten.
  • Aufbau interner Strukturen: Effiziente Prozesse und Richtlinien, interne Ressourcen und Tools.
  • Überwachung des Angebotsstatus, Kommunikation mit Kunden, Aktualisierung interner Systeme und Berichte.
  • Aktualisierung des CRM-Systems, Erfassung von Kundeninteraktionen, Nutzung von CRM-Daten zur Analyse und Handlungsempfehlungen.

Requirements:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche/ kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Inside Sales oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Nationale Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Messen und internen Workshops.
  • Du bist rhetorisch stark und stehst gerne im direkten Austausch mit Menschen.
  • Du bist resilient und flexibel, um Herausforderungen und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu meistern.
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, selbstverantwortlich und bist digital affin.
  • Du bist wissbegierig und hast Lust, unseren Erfolg aktiv mit zu gestalten und voranzutreiben.
