Responsibilities:
- Build a dazzling customer experience through account intimacy to accelerate adoption.
- Craft account-specific engagement & communication strategies that improve customer experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor for onboarding, license keys, and support ticket management.
- Conduct 30+ outbound calls a day to prospect and customer accounts, identifying, qualifying, and progressing opportunities.
- Use ABM tactics to identify new contacts and create personalized campaigns to build pipeline with a high conversion rate.
- Manage, close, and forecast small deals.
- Progress stale deals and assist in closing larger deals as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have working proficiency in both English and French.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Located near Québec City.
- Knowledge of the customer buying process and experience with Land, Expand, Adopt, and Renew strategies.
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing situations and priorities, thriving in a dynamic sales environment.
- Curiosity and passion for continuous learning about products, industry, and customer needs.
- Coachable demeanor and willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques.
