Inside Sales Specialist Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Interactions: Act as the main point of contact for sales initiatives, training, order processing, product expertise, and logistical assistance within assigned territory.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with dealers in the designated territory to drive account growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Utilize knowledge of appliance offerings to develop effective sales strategies, translating opportunities into kitchen package sales.
• Inform Customers: Educate customers about New Product Introductions (NPIs), consumer promotions, volume rebates, and other initiatives to enhance brand recognition and sales growth.
• Order Processing and Logistics: Process customer orders, confirm shipments, handle customer credits, and manage returns and replacement orders.
• Salesforce Management: Update Salesforce CRM with new and existing customer information to ensure accurate records.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Service, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues related to inventory availability, shipment, service, and credits.
• Adaptability and Growth: Adapt to company growth and changes, contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Travel and Engagement: Attend Buying Group shows and sales meetings as required to support sales initiatives and customer relationships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of inside or field sales experience.
• Preferred experience in major domestic appliances sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of SAP or CRM systems.
