Inside Sales Support Representative Full Time

  • The Inside Sales Support Representative role plays an essential part in supporting the sales team with various administrative duties tailored to clients.
  • Responsibilities include creating/managing quotes, processing orders, liaising with clients and teammates, tracking shipments, and assisting with lead generation efforts.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Account Management of active accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and teammates.
  • Help ensure overall success for clients and iT1.
  • Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete customer requests and resolve potential issues.
  • Support the sales team by completing the order process within internal systems.
  • Invoicing of customers.
  • Provide shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers.
  • Responsible for pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations.
  • Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests.
  • Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High-level organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
  • Previous sales support or administrative/data entry experience.
  • Ability to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
