Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of sales objectives for the client portfolio.
- Build and foster long-term relationships with target clients, securing Cash Management and Trade Finance mandates.
- Assist in structuring and implementing new deals, providing after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with KYC policies before onboarding clients.
- Take responsibility for the quality of client proposals, responses to RFPs, and client communications.
- Monitor revenue trends using tools like Salesforce and dbTableau, and prepare country-specific reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on business development.
- Coordinate client engagements, including meetings and industry events.
- Fulfill responsibilities under DB Group and US Supervision policies and Written Supervisory Procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of risk-related obligations, including trainings and periodic reviews.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the correspondent banking industry with at least 2 years of experience in a major financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of cash management and trade products and services for financial institutions.
- Solid presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
