Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and appointments from prospective clients.
  • Guide clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.
  • Be proactive in reaching out to clients who have requested quotes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on information requests or quotes.
  • Multitask effectively by managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to urgent requests, handling text messages, and managing emails.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products, carriers, and pre-underwriting knowledge.
  • Highly responsive and proactive skills in handling inbound calls and appointments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively guide prospective clients.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage different communication channels simultaneously.
