Responsibilities:

• Understand business strategy and impact bottom line.
• Build relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Drive test ideation, prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Analyze experiment results and give recommendations.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Align internal and client teams for achieving goals.
• Manage enterprise clients and foster experimentation culture.

Requirements:

• Build relationships across client organizations.
• Proven experience in CRO and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in expanding client partnerships.
• Analyze digital data to inform decisions.
• Own strategic account plans for impact.
• Experience in optimization and iterative testing.
• Knowledge in UX, web analytics, and testing tools.
• Proven holistic marketing impact record.
