Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events (e.g., conventions, product launches)
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue and vendor management
• Develop and manage event budgets for cost-effective execution
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns combining various efforts
• Develop detailed campaign plans and set measurable objectives
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Monitor social media metrics and campaign performance
• Serve as the main contact for clients, providing updates and feedback
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Develop merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility
• Cross-collaborate with teams to design and produce merchandise
• Monitor and analyze merchandising performance to optimize products
• Utilize project management tools to manage campaign timelines and tasks
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely deliverables
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and presentations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related role
• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for optimization
