Responsibilities:
- Facilitate transformative IFD programs for aspiring founders, guiding their personal and professional growth.
- Provide empathetic support during participants’ challenging transitions, utilizing expertise in human behavior and motivation.
- Collaborate with fellow facilitators to create impactful, engaging sessions.
- Monitor and document participant progress using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive, culturally sensitive learning environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Some experience in counseling, career coaching, life coaching, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in communications and meta thinking/analysis.
- Active and empathetic listening skills.
- High level of self-awareness.
- Ability to withhold judgment or biases and recognize personal biases.
- Ability to develop trust with candidates.
- Proficiency in managing sensitive, confidential information.
- Time management skills for individual sessions and the overall IFD process.
- Exceptional facilitation skills.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and nurturing future entrepreneurs.
- Proficient in the English language at a business level or higher.
