About the Role
Workwide is looking for target-driven individuals to kick-start their journey as International Sourcing Associates with our growing recruitment team and human capital division. This is a commission-only position with remote onboarding and a structured promotion pathway.
During the qualification period, you will gain first-class international hands-on sourcing experience while working closely with our Head of Recruitment, our experienced recruitment team, and our internal systems. Upon successful completion of the candidate sourcing phase, you may be offered a promotion to a full-time Junior Recruiter role based in our Málaga office.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career, passionate about breaking into the international recruitment market, with strong communication and social skills, a results-driven mindset, excellent self-management, and the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact qualified candidates from our internal database
- Conduct numerous phone calls daily to reactivate interest in jobs abroad
- Engage and motivate candidates to apply for international job opportunities
- Work toward clearly defined monthly placement targets
- Participate in training sessions, feedback rounds, and mentorship
- Collaborate with your onboarding group and designated mentor
- Ensure proper use of internal systems and follow data security protocols

Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German or Dutch and English
- Sales mindset and comfort with outbound outreach (calls, emails, messaging)
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach
- A quiet, reliable home working setup with internet access
- Willingness to relocate to Málaga after successful onboarding
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Career Path
International Sourcing Associate (3-4 months freelance onboarding) → Junior Recruiter (full-time, in Málaga) → International Recruiter → Senior Recruiter → Further Internal Progress
