Responsibilities:
- Provide technical oversight and support for systems.
- Lead resource for system integration/interface building.
- Coordinate training, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Act as liaison between vendors, staff, and MSPs.
- Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and failures.
- Train users on equipment operation.
- Maintain SOP manual for reference and training.
- Provide remote access and training for referring MD offices.
- Interface with MSP and software vendors.
- Oversee RIS, PACS, dictation equipment, and scanners.
- Collaborate with imaging centers, hospitals, and telesites.
- Participate in equipment acquisition/replacement decisions.
- Document issues and changes through the IT ticketing system.
- Maintain communication with affiliated practices and vendors.
- Implement IT policies and procedures.
- Test upgrades and enhancements for clinical systems.
Requirements:
- High School Graduation required.
- Prefer college degree in business or healthcare.
- 3 years’ experience in hospital or medical practice.
