IT Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build, support, and monitor corporate applications.
• Automate workstreams via iPaas platform.
• Manage Okta, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom services.
• Develop IT best practices and policies.
• Prepare and document operating procedures.
• Lead IT responses for incidents.
• Promote adoption of new tools.
• Handle escalations within IT Organization.
• Test and improve IT systems and controls.
• Engineer and monitor IT systems and controls.
• Identify and define IT system requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
• Document standard operating procedures.
• Evangelize IT engineering standards.

Requirements:

• Project prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of IT best practices.
• Comfortable in fast-paced settings.
• 5+ years in JAMF, Okta, and GSuite.
• Experience with Fivetrans or Workato.
• Scripting expertise: Bash, Python, Powershell.
• SQL and data warehousing basics.
• Familiarity with GCP/AWS and Terraform.
• SIEM experience: Datadog, Splunk, Chronicle.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic coding knowledge: HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with web technologies.
• Willingness to travel.
