Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in projects.
- Research and analyze support reports.
- Serve as technical lead within team.
- Work with technology and Project Coordinators.
- Assist with technical mentorship for new team members.
- Provide escalated technical support.
- Maintain current inventory of equipment.
- Drive development and maintenance of documentation.
- Lead technical interviews for Field Tech candidates.
- Assist with technical workflows.
- Perform other IT related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- HS diploma.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft operating systems.
- Advanced understanding of firewall and routing.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory.
- Advanced knowledge of DNS.
- Working knowledge of OSI model.
- Minimum 3 years verifiable technology support.
