Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT infrastructures and Managed Services for clients.
- Ensure system availability and troubleshooting.
- Create, edit, forward, and escalate support tickets, ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide first/second level support.
Requirements:
- Completed training in an IT-related field, or comparable qualifications or experience.
- Initial professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- A strong team spirit and high awareness of quality.
- Advantageous experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer, Windows 10, Mac OS, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 Cloud/Exchange online, network technologies, firewalls, and IP telephone systems.
- Knowledge of Apple macOS, including application, setup, and support, is a plus.
