Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns
• Manage and maintain social media accounts for consistency
• Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement
• Foster relationships with followers and industry professionals
• Collaborate with marketing team on social media strategies
• Track and analyze performance metrics with Business Intelligence Analyst
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
• Facilitate online conversations and respond to queries
• Add alternative text to Instagram and LinkedIn posts
• Create and curate engaging copy for various content
• Publish daily posts on Instagram and Facebook stories
• Post materials created by team members on social media platforms
• Lead Content Meeting and generate post ideas
• Increase the number of followers on social media channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams)
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a social media coordinator
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Knowledge of SEO principles for social media visibility
• Passion for social media marketing and industry trends
