Jr Accountant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Process and review AP invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and handle payment status queries
• Prepare payments for ACH and wire transfers, maintain AP records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in generating AR invoices and manage collections efforts
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts, maintain accurate records
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, investigate discrepancies
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support closing processes
• Maintain financial records, support audits, and collaborate on process improvements

Requirements

• Certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
