Jr Advanced Application Support Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Support operation/client requests within SLAs.
• Monitor systems metrics and resources for improvements.
• Take ownership of complex technical tasks.
• Analyze and identify recurrent issues.
• Deal with clients, vendors, and IT sectors.
• Describe problems clearly and assist with solutions.
• Work as part of a global team.
• Act as POC for support across teams.
• Evaluate customer business requirements and needs.
• Manage/participate in maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Solve complex customer issues related to data.
• Perform Gap Analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Deep knowledge of application objectives and operational flow.
• Coach team members on best practices and complex issues.
• Review and update the knowledge base and runbooks.
• Register new topics and improvements to increase team knowledge.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex technical tasks.
• Experience with operational and infrastructure metrics.
• Ability to solve complex customer issues.
• Knowledge of processes and methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and team knowledge building.
• Familiarity with Gap Analysis.
• Experience with data and process troubleshooting.
