Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable, maintainable Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with the team to understand business goals, analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions.
- Share knowledge with the team and create a positive environment to foster growth.
- Report to the Lead Backend Engineer.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Ruby Developer, ideally with mid-large size web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
- Experience in Unit, Integration, and Acceptance testing using RSpec and Capybara.
- Familiarity with GitHub and solid understanding of Git core concepts.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
