(Junior) Digital Data Analyst (m/w/d) Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis for Shopify stores using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Plan, implement, and optimize tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Create dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio (GLS) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests for optimizing store performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.
  • Analyze heatmaps and recordings to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate customer surveys to generate valuable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with CRO managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and clients to effectively implement data-driven strategies.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or related fields.
  • Practical experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Google Looker Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge in eCommerce, particularly with Shopify, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages is optional.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to process large datasets efficiently.
  • Accurate, reliable, and independent work approach.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and able to communicate well in English.
